Please read these Terms of Service ("TOS") carefully before using the JPG Collarnary Cookoff website or any services offered by JPG Collarnary Cookoff (collectively, "Services"). Our Services are available only to families registered with John Paul the Great Academy. By using our Services, you affirm that you are part of a registered family at the Academy.
Accounts are created for families when they are enrolled at the school. You are responsible for safeguarding your account, and you agree that you will not disclose your account information to any third party. You will be solely responsible for any activities or actions under your account, whether or not you have authorized those activities or actions.
Our Services are used to place orders for meals. No monetary transactions are made through our Services. All orders will be billed directly to the families registered with the Academy.
All information, data, text, graphics, images, and other materials ("Content") posted on or through our Services are the sole responsibility of the person from whom such Content originated. We cannot guarantee the accuracy, integrity, or quality of any Content. We do not endorse any opinions expressed via our Services.
You agree to use our Services only for purposes that are legal, proper, and in accordance with these TOS and any applicable laws, regulations, or generally accepted practices or guidelines in the relevant jurisdictions.

In no event will we be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages resulting from your use of our Services.
